I’m a Vietnamese multidisciplinary designer working across visual identity, typography, editorial design, and digital experiences. I’m interested in how things come to mean something, how a letter becomes a voice, an image becomes a memory, or a collection of seemingly unrelated things begins to make sense together. Much of my work lives somewhere between structure and intuition, between knowing what I’m looking for and stumbling into something I didn’t expect.
I’ve spent the past several years studying, working, and making things between Vietnam and the U.S. Somewhere along the way, I learned that I enjoy figuring things out just as much as I enjoy making them. I like a good research rabbit hole, a new tool to experiment with, and a project that gives me a reason to learn something I didn’t know yesterday.
Outside of design, I’m usually taking photographs, paying attention to things most people walk past, or going down a rabbit hole I have no practical reason to be in. I’m also an enthusiastic collector of interests, and a person who will probably tell you more about a niche subject than you originally wanted to know. I’m a designer by profession, a chronic learner by circumstance, and an overthinker by absolutely no one’s request. I’m still figuring things out, and probably always will be.
